Good afternoon fellow Hyundai advocates,

This is my first time posting here, I've been a lurker but I need some advice. In January, I had discovered a big scratch on the passenger side of my front bumper. I went to the dealership and saw a buddy of mine worked there. He immediately took me to the place where the dealership themselves get cars fixed, and instantly the guy said he'll fix it for $200. I didn't want to pay that much, but had just bought this car and didn't want this scratch lingering. So agreed. He told me to drop it off at 7 am the next morning and come back at 6 pm to pick it up, and I agreed, as that worked for me. The paint job was done perfectly and it's as if I didn't even get the paint job. I was happy, however, fast forward last week (actually first week of March) and I see the scratch in the identical spot is back. Now, I know I didn't hit a curb or do anything this time, and wanted to know, based on the picture below, what are your thoughts? Does this look like shotty work from the autoshop guys? Any advise on how I can ensure this doesn't happen again? Thank you!

Before - the initial scratch I had
Now - How the car looks now, after the salt and everything is wash off that spot

Honestly I think it looks like a$$...I'd take it back. That might be a tough spot to fix without replacing the whole thing. Was it cracked at all at first or just kind of scuffed?

Originally, it was just the deep scratch. They buffed it out, painted it all in one day, and when I picked it up it was great! A month passed by and of course, the same spot is damaged. I went to them today, and he said that it wasn't from their error and he said that I must have done something to cause the damage. So essentially at this point, he wants me to pay $150 again to get it fixed.
