I have an confusing problem with my my 2001 Elantra GT not starting. Yesterday, I was driving home and all of a sudden I am getting a constant misfire. CEL starts blinking, loss of power, ect. I check the codes and I get that there was a misfire in cylinders 2 and 3. I also got codes P0353 and P0352 Ignition Coil C and B. I replaced the spark plug wires about 4 weeks ago with NGK wires along with spark plugs. I also bought a new coil pack yesterday, and that didn't solve the problem.

I have a HEI Spark tester, and none of wires are giving any spark. The ignition coils are getting 9.33V.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Did you check the Grounds? Most cars, Not sure if Hyundai does, Has the Computer switch the Grounds for each coil. One Positive Feeds all the Coils. 4 separate ground leads going back to the computer.
