It's mostly my fault, but I assumed that cars still came with a spare tire.
We had a flat tire, and that's when realized our 2014 Elantra only had that pump. Is it basically Fix a Flat? If so, what is the shelf life of it?

It is similar to fix a flat. Honestly couldn't tell you how long it will live in the the heat/cold of the real world.

When I bought mine the sealnt was gone and the pump looked like it had been through a war so it went to the trash. I'm kind of searching for a spare but not very actively.
