How do you start your day?I try to wake up every morning at 8 am. I drink a cup of coffee and go out into the backyard. There I usually plan my day and write a list of tasks that I need to do. Then I have breakfast and go to work. I want to add meditation to my morning ritual. I read a lot that meditation is very useful, many successful people do it, I read it here https://booksrun.com/blog/efficient-habits-of-successful-people/ . What good morning habits do you have?
