ugly wheels, if this is the only option we have for wheels I'll just sell them after buying the vehicle and start looking for aftermarket wheels with "OEM" styling....keep it original!

Theyre not that bad... But yeah i guess I would upgrade to aftermarket later on. At least use up the stock tires first then turn them in to winter rims.
I dont mind them actually. Just the wheel gap that really bothers me.
The two toned gonmetal isnt bad come on. They look good from factory opposed to others though.
I actually really like those rims. A nice set of coilovers to lower the car and give it a lower center of gravity would benefit.
I love the rims. I had a 2012 Corolla (It was stolen *sad trombone*) and I plastidipped the rims black, but now I won't have to.

thats unfortunate, hopefully that doesn't happen with your elantra. i doubt it will. Corolla are a hot item.

I would probably DIE. Car buying is not the most fun process past the initial test driving, but dealing with insurance companies is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy!

I think it depends on the car. Buying an Elantra vs buying a Corvette sets boring apart from fun. Buying any high horsepower car, you'll be caught up in the excitement so much that you just want to get in the car and forget the details! Buying an economy car doesn't bring the same excitement, unless it's a performance model of course.

If you don't know anyone personally that deals with insurance, insurance will be a pain! Thankfully I have a good insurance agent I deal with that gave me a great deal, unlike the past!
What is the weight of the OE rims? I have stock 16's and would like to be able to compare with OE 17's and 18's (Veloster? Genesis? what else?) as well as Tire Rack (or was it Discount Tire) that advertises the weights.
From moving the stock wheels around (summer/winter change over) they're not light.
I had my stock wheels painted to match the body and I think they look great.
