looks legit, i might do this while i wait for a full intake to become available
Good choice doing this modification only improves performance and best of all it can be done for cheap with a cheap $15-20 Ractive cone :D but of course i wouldn't do that. Time to go cone hunting!

Thanks for the YouTube video. Installed this on my wife’ 2014 Elantra GT w/2.0 ltr. Love the engine sound of this diy pod filter! It’s handy working at Summit Racing Equipment, all in for less than $20! Lol. Heading to the Dragon in a couple of weeks. Through
Land vehicle Vehicle Car Auto part Engine
on 225/50-16 Firestone Indy500 tires and EBC RedStuff front brake pads too!

Wow! Just ran the Dragon and this diy intake really sounded awesome! Did it add hp? Butt dyno says yes, but.....had so much fun! Also added 225/50-16 Firestone FireHawk Indy500 tires and EBC RedStuff brake pads!
