Just look the the Scion FR-S. No need for discount or ANYTHING. People are lining up for it because it looks so nice. Common Honda and Toyota! Better step your game up.

2013 Hyundai Elantra GT The new Hyundai Elantra sedan has been selling very well. Good fuel economy, strong warranty and decent quality make it an attractive car. Interior design is very pleasing as well. Hyundai hasn’t had to discount the car or offer ultra low interest rates on it.
As good as the car is I strongly suspect its popularity has a lot to do with its styling. The car looks great. It looks like it’s in motion while standing still, in an Italian exotica sort of way.
Honda and Toyota should take notice. I bet their market share worries (and the need for heavy discounts) would disappear if only the Civics and Corollas had decent styling.
Now Hyundai is bringing the Elantra Coupe and the GT to us and you can tell right away that they will be a hit as well. If they add a more solid feel and better handling to their cars, they will be hard to beat in a few years.
