Airbag light On - B1490 - Hyundai Elantra GT 2013

The Airbag light comes out after driving sometimes. the light does not say On when the Car is initially Turned On. If we turn off the engine and turn on again, the Airbag light goes away. It may be happening when there is stuff put on the front passenger seat, but could not exactly confirm. Diagnostics shows the code B1490 OCS Occupant Classification System Defect. The mechanic says it is likely issue in passenger side air bag, could not know further info.
