Speedometer Trip computer Odometer Tachometer Car

So the warning popped up about a week ago, I changed the bulb, it lights up. Problem is the warning has not gone away and anytime I hit the brakes for more than 3 seconds it gives an annoying warning sound.

Any idea how to fix it? Maybe disconnecting battery or clearing codes?

Doubtful disconnecting the battery will help but it won't hurt. Probably won't be any 'codes' since it isn't a check engine light. More than likely somehting in the wiring or one of the computers. I would bet it means a trip to the dealership.

Many auto parts stores have sophisticated code readers that can erase codes. Many will do this for free (although I've been told many will scan the codes but not erase them then for fear of legal liability).

My dealership offers free code scanning.
