It blows hot at idle and for the first 5 miles or 10 minutes. after that it is plenty cold. if you get stuck at a long light, it will not be as cool as when driving above 40 m.p.h. these cars dont (as best as i can tell) have an electric condensor fan. and a tech at the dealer said these newer systems dont use the old style orifice tube like in the older cars. it has a full freon charge, and has for 3 years. ZERO leakage. ideas?
