The mechanic i went to says that i need a new O2 sensor for my 2004 elantra, but that it can only come straight from hyundai at $400. But when i search on advanceautoparts.com i get an exact fit sensor for $64. Who's right, the mechanic or advance auto?

Both are right, it's just that sometimes sensors from aftermarket companies are crazyy cheap.

If it seems legit and specifically for your Elantra then go ahead!
