This one is an easy fix as I did with my FOB....

This one is an easy fix as I did with my FOB. Open up the FOB case and remove the red rubber button ... with a scissor to blade, just cut down the rubber piece that touches the circuit board sensor....

Actually Hyundai replaced my shift knob ... although there are no aftermarket replacements as shift knob is cut like and upside down L to accommodate the reverse collar.

It is a light car, absolutely agree.... With good tires (the stock ones suck) the car isn't bad in the snow. I replaced the stock tires with general c-max and had no issues in the snow.
