DRL HIGH BEAM PROBLEMS 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS

Hello everyone. A few months ago I installed an HID on the car.for the most part they worked good after installing an error canceler.but still had issues with one light sometimes not coming on. I decided a few weeks ago to change from HID to LED. They worked great and thru an impressive amount of light on the road. I took for a ride later that night and noticed my high beams where not working.the high beams worked fine with the HID installed. The indicator light on dash display comes on but no High beams and actually with the lights off moving the stalk into the position for high beams turns the low beams on and off. Please any advice or ideas to what may have happened to the high beams.there are no fuse and I've been unable to locate any information as to where a relay may be located. Thanks
