2013 coupe se auto up switch in a gs

Hi the se trim does auto up and down. If I get the se switch will it fit in my gs and will I gain auto up. I think the relay is built into the switch that's why the up clicks like the down on the se. Let me know.

Are you talking about windows ??

Do you have kids or dogs ??

The change probably would not be that simple as the ones with auto UP also have sensors to prevent injury (or worse) to the passengers.

Modifying windows without that safety sensor to auto-UP can be downright dangerous.

I'm guessing its going to take more than a switch to get the functionality. I'd say the switch sends a signal to a controller (BCM?) which keeps the power going to the window motor assembly. The software may not be turned on in your car. There also may be another limit switch to tell the motor when to stop (up or down). The signal info may already be within the software but hard to know ahead of time. Changing a switch should be relatively easy and at least worth a try.
