Is this Legal?

So, I have a black 2017 Elantra SE in Florida. I plan to buy a kit to add the LED running lights in the lower sides of the front. Those should be legal since they're the same as on the higher-end models.

However, I really like the angry look this car has and I really like Darth Vader. I was thinking it would look awesome if I mounted some deep red LED strips inside the grille. Note, I plan to mount them facing INWARD so the light will not be directly visible from its source. All I want is a dim red glow through the grille. Is that legal? It's not flashing or anything, just a steady dim red glow through the grille.

State laws vary. Check with your local state trooper office.
