Exclamation What is this part called?

The patient: 2010 Hyundai Elantra

I got the dreaded check engine light and it's saying there is a vacuum issue. I replaced the gas cap with no change.

I popped open the hood to remove the battery cables in an effort to reset the system and noticed a hose was really loose. I need to resize the images, but essentially it is a hose that is running from the radiator area to the air cleaner (at least I assume it's the air cleaner). The gasket on the air cleaner(?) looks worn/brittle, which leads me to believe that it is the cause of the problem.

I'd like to know the name of the parts (the hose and the part the hose attaches to, which I am assuming is the air cleaner) so I can try to locate and replace them.

It should be the air intake hose. A picture would help us to identify the problem better.

My concern is more with the gasket on the air breather, as it is cracked and I'm afraid it isn't creating a good seal. Could this be causing my code errors?
