2013 Limited Independent Front Lamp Height Adjustment?

The headlights and fog lights in my 2013 Limited need some sort of fine tune adjustment that I am unable to find any information on. If it has been asked before, I apologize and ask to be pointed in the right direction.

Here is the problem at hand:

I have a high beam/ DRL lamp that is aimed too low when the low beams are aimed at the proper height, and I can not find any way to adjust the height of the drl/high beam independently of the low beam. They're ellipsoidal fixtures, so I need to aim the front of the offending lamp down, but the only thing I can find is a metal clip that looks like it adjusts if you loosen it enough, that also looks like it's holding the lamp in.

My fogs currently seem focused in the eyes of many other drivers, and they mistake them for my high beams and flash me as if I am driving with my high beams on.

Question 1:
Is there any way to adjust the angle (height projected out) of the high beam/drl lamp in one housing independently of the low beam lamp?

Question 2:
If independent focusing is possible, would anyone be able to supply a picture of their headlights properly adjusted and aimed at a wall with height measurements and a distance from the wall?

Question 3 and 3a:
How do I adjust my fog lights, and what is the distance and height at which they *should* be focused at?

I work as a theatrical technician and deal with halogen lamps in ellipsoidal fixtures often, so I'm not imagining this is too hard, find screw, adjust, find hot spot, focus hotspot at point, tada. However, in my experience it's never that easy.

The drivers in my area would greatly appreciate this.

Thanks for any help!
