Replacing 2012 cam with generic

I own a 2012 limited. The rear cam went static-y for 2 days then went out. Not black though. I have the map under the guidelines. I'm not paying the dealer a grand to put the same junk OEM camera back in. It corroded heavily. Has anybody replaced their with an aftermarket? I'm in here asking to try to make the least modifications in mounting the new one. I don't want to replace with a Hyundai OEM for $200-300 to have it last 6 years. And every junk yard sells the deck lid only.
They don't separate anything so they want $300 for a used trunklid, with the camera that they don't know if it works & probably don't. They are junk.
Please help!
