2017 Elantra SE - Access to 12V power sockets

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum, my son bought a used 2017 Elantra SE a couple weeks ago. We are preparing to replace the stereo with a Boss head unit that has 2 USB connections in the back of the unit. We would like to remove one of the 12V power sockets in the console and extend the 2 USB connections to the socket location. I purchased a 2 port USB connector that will fit in the socket location. I've been looking everywhere for a diagram or a procedure of how to remove the trim and panels to access the 12V ports and USB/AUX ports but haven't found anything yet. Has anybody removed this trim and panels before who can help me out with the procedure. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you had any luck with accessing the 12v outlets? Both outlets have stopped working in my car and I’ve tracked the issue back as far as I can but need to access the outlets and can find no help online. Thanks in advance
